Before you begin

If your Sponsor Organization account is managed by multiple users (such as Authorized Staff members), note that only the Primary Contact user can view and edit organization details. An authorized staff member has view-only access to the organization details.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On the Portal Create an Account page, select “Sign up as an authorized staff to report work-based training hours” and click on the “Proceed” button to start creating your account.
  2. Fill out all the mandatory fields in the account creation form.
  3. Once you have created your account, you will receive a SkilledTradesBC ID, which can be found in the “My Profile” section.
  4. Ask your Sponsor Organization’s Primary Contact to add you as an Authorized Staff member by providing them with your email address and first and last name. View this guide on how sponsors can add Authorized Staff.
